QICHENG Clothing's minimum order quantity (MOQ) varies depending on type of garment and order complexity. Generally, our MOQ ranges from 100-300 pieces per style per color for t-shirts, polo shirts, and basic items. For more complex garments such as suits, jackets, and detailed dresses, MOQ may be higher, typically 200-500 pieces. We also offer flexible MOQ options for sample orders and trial runs. Production time depends on order size, garment complexity, and current production schedule. For standard orders (500-2000 pieces), production typically takes 15-25 business days after samples are approved and materials are confirmed. Larger orders (2000-10000 pieces) may take 25-40 business days. Sample development usually requires 7-14 business days. We provide detailed production schedules for each order to ensure timely delivery. Rush production is available for urgent orders with additional fees.

Yes, we provide samples before mass production. Our sample process includes:

• 1) Tech pack review and consultation
• 2) Initial sample creation (7-14 days)
• 3) Sample approval and revisions
• 4) Pre-production sample (PPS) approval

Sample fees typically range from $50-200 per style depending on complexity. Sample fees are credited against your bulk order if you proceed with production. We also offer free swatch samples for fabric and color approval.

For OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) where you provide designs or tech packs, our MOQ is generally lower, starting from 100 pieces per style. For ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) where you select from our existing designs, the MOQ is higher, typically 200-300 pieces per style. This is because ODM designs have established patterns and production lines optimized for efficiency. Both OEM and ODM services include full customization options including labels, tags, and packaging.

QICHENG Clothing implements strict quality control throughout the entire production process. Our QC measures include:

• 1) Pre-production material inspection
• 2) In-line quality checks at every production stage
• 3) Random sample inspection following AQL 2.5/4.0 standards
• 4) Final pre-shipment inspection (PSI)

We have a dedicated QC team with over 15 years of experience. Each shipment includes a QC report. We also offer third-party inspection services upon request.

We accept multiple payment methods to accommodate our global clients:

• 1) Wire transfer (T/T) - 30% deposit, 70% before shipment
• 2) PayPal - for sample orders and small batches
• 3) Western Union - for urgent orders
• 4) L/C (Letter of Credit) - for large orders over $20,000

All payments are secure and protected by contracts. We provide proforma invoices with detailed payment terms. VAT and customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Yes, we provide comprehensive shipping and logistics services. Our shipping options include:

• 1) Express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for samples and small orders (3-7 days)
• 2) Air freight for medium orders (5-10 days)
• 3) Sea freight for large orders (20-35 days)

We have partnerships with reliable freight forwarders and can handle EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP shipping terms. We also handle all export documentation, commercial invoices, and customs clearance paperwork. Shipping costs are calculated based on order volume and destination.

Yes, we offer complete private label and custom branding services. Our branding options include:

• 1) Custom woven and printed labels
• 2) Hang tags and price tags
• 3) Custom packaging including poly bags, boxes, and tissue paper
• 4) Branding on accessories such as buttons, zippers, and pullers

We can also design complete branding packages including brand identity creation. All custom branding is developed according to your specifications and includes mockup approval before production.

A full tech pack is ideal but not always required. If you only have a reference photo or a sample garment, our pattern-making team can develop a tech pack for you as part of our design development service (additional fee applies). We can:

• Reverse-engineer existing garments
• Create patterns from sketches or reference images
• Build specifications based on your measurements and style preferences

The more detailed your input—measurements, fabric preferences, construction requirements—the faster and more accurate the sample development process will be.

QICHENG works with a wide range of fabrics including cotton (woven and knit), polyester, linen, viscose/rayon, nylon, spandex blends, and technical performance fabrics. We source from certified mills in Guangdong, Fujian, and Zhejiang provinces.

Absolutely. We welcome and encourage factory visits. Our factory is located at No. 58 Beizha Central Road, Humen Town, Dongguan City—approximately 45 minutes from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport and 1 hour from Shenzhen Bao'an Airport.

We can arrange airport pickup, translation assistance, and a full factory tour including cutting room, sewing lines, QC department, and warehouse. If an in-person visit is not possible, we also offer live video tours via WhatsApp or WeChat.

A direct factory (like QICHENG) owns and operates its own production facilities. You deal directly with the manufacturer, which means:
